Janet Elkin, CEO

Janet has been crafting workforce solutions for the healthcare industry for well over 20 years. Passionate about patient care, she has always strived to make a difference in the lives of both providers and facilities. In all her roles, Janet has believed in customizing answers to challenges that we face in healthcare.

Ashley Simpson, President

Ashley has been in the healthcare industry for over 14 years. She began her career with ICON Medical Network in 2010 as one of the founders. After CEO Janet Elkin acquired ICON, Ashley remained with the company as Chief Development Officer and was later promoted to President of IMN Enterprises in early 2024. Ashley is pioneering new lines of business and growing a world-class team.

Tammy Bills, CFO

Tammy is an influential finance executive focused on maximizing operational and fiscal performance through extensive analysis, refinement, and implementation. With more than 15 years of healthcare staffing experience, she focuses on growth strategies, risk management, M&A, and regulatory compliance.

Susan Miller, Chief People Officer

Susan has been in the staffing industry for 15 years.  Using her field, back office, and operations experience, she leads all aspects of HR to achieve strategic business priorities while motivating team members to improve communication, grow professionally, and perform at their best.  She holds a J.D. from Capital University Law School and is focused on leading internal talent acquisition, employee professional development, and engagement programs.

Tiffanie McNeal, Chief Operating Officer

Tiffanie has been in the healthcare staffing industry for more than 20 years. She joined IMN Enterprises in 2024 as Vice President of Sales Operations and quickly became a key operational leader across all four IMN brands. In 2025, she was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. With deep experience overseeing national sales divisions and supporting advanced practice, emergency medicine, primary care, and non-clinical staffing, Tiffanie brings strong operational discipline and strategic insight to IMN. She continues to focus on optimizing processes, strengthening communication, and supporting organizational growth.

Rob Bechtold, SVP

Rob Bechtold, Executive VP

Rob has been in healthcare 18+ years. As a strategic sales and client relationship professional, he offers custom & cost-effective solutions to meet any unique need. He specializes in MSP partnerships & has earned strategic staffing and recruitment partnerships with many of the nation’s leading healthcare organizations within Acute Care, Specialty Care, Telehealth, Urgent Care, Long Term Care, Home Health, and Insurance.

JoAnn Lee, RN, Chief Clinical Officer

Since joining IMN in 2021, JoAnn Lee has been instrumental in cementing the organization’s commitment to patient care. Her expertise as an RN, coupled with her years of quality control experience, make her uniquely suited for the Chief Clinical Officer position. Her responsibilities will continue to include thoroughly researching each provider's background and serving as a liaison between the provider and facility management.

Joseph M, Sturdivant, MD, Chief Medical Officer

Joseph M, Sturdivant, MD, Chief Medical Officer

Previously serving as an IMN consultant, Dr. Sturdivant was invaluable as a peer-to-peer communicator with both providers and clients, helping navigate expectations and relationships. He’ll continue in this capacity as IMN’s Chief Medical Officer while also developing a program to help educate residents and new healthcare practitioners about locum tenens employment.

Dr. Therus Kolff

A graduate of Harvard University, Dr. Therus Kolff has been driving solutions to some of the problems in healthcare for over 40 years. He is an avid skier and one of the architects of modern locum tenens. Dr. Kolff is also just recently inducted into the NALTO hall of fame in its inaugural group.
