The Credentialing Coordinator is responsible for verifying the identity and qualifications of candidate providers. This position plays an integral customer service role by verifying the provider credentials on behalf of the credentialing team and monitoring expirables. In doing so, they reduce the administrative burden on the credentialing specialists and ensure information is accurate and complete for Providers. This role’s work is a vital part of credentialing and contributes to the continued success of the team and the business.
The employee in this position will perform duties as an Client Development Manager, specializing in the placement of Physicians or Advanced Practice Nurses on a permanent or Locum Tenens / contract basis within the United States. The employee will be responsible for daily contact and reporting of the specific results of the activity. This position is responsible for managing job placement activities external to the organization.
This position will perform duties as a Recruiting Manager specializing in the search, recruitment and placement of Providers on a permanent and or Locum Tenens / contract basis within the United States. They will be responsible for daily contact and reporting of the specific results of the activity. This position is responsible for managing recruitment and job placement activities external to the organization
The Business Development Specialist focuses on growing a business and extending the reach of our services in order to increase revenue. The duties includes identifying new sales leads, pitching the company’s services and building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Coordinate client and candidate database in CRM system, ie entering jobs, job postings, job audits, and mass-upload of candidate lists. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when doing these. Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions. Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule. Confers with stakeholders regarding the customer response to promotional programs and general market conditions. Coordinates activities in various departments to ensure marketing and sales team reach targeted customers in a timely and effective manner
